Pumpkin Patch & More

We have had a busy & fun few days! Little Mister has decided he doesn't want to nap anymore or sleep at night (NO JOKE!) so we've been cramming the days full with all this extra time! There is a Pumpkin patch (click here for more info) on Clay Road by Halter, INC a non-profit organization that is designed to help special needs kids. Their motto is "Minis helping many" and they have mini horses, ponies, donkeys, chickens, bunnies, pigs, you name it...it is only $3 to get in & a few bucks to ride the ponies, get your face painted, go on a carriage ride, petting zoo, etc. We went back 2 days in a row & even stayed through the rain! The kids are so responsible & so such a great job helping out on the farm...it's impressive!

Garrett had a birthday party to attend for his buddy, Milana. Her party was super-stylish & Alice-In-Wonderland-y! He had fun hanging out in their sweet, newly done backyard - Garrett isn't use to being in a backyard that isn't trashed by 2 unruly dogs!

Nana & Pa took Garrett to Clay's where he got to feed peacocks, pet horses & play in the sand. It was a very fun day :)

DOG PARK - Wooooh, that was fun! It got a little out of hand when Garrett & Duke were rolling in the mud together. Instead of just Duke getting a bath like usual, Garrett had to get one, too. There was some nudity going on at the dog park, but luckily nobody was around to get a peek at Garrett's family jewels!

Random but - what in the world?! We saw this car parked at La Finca. It was like an amusement park...people we're stopped staring at it, taking pictures. The owner of this masterpiece came our of the restaurant as we were taking our last picture - we got caught! I think he liked it. That thing was pretty incredible & incredibly weird - all at the same time.

P.S. Please send prayers to 4-year old, Peyton, even if you don't know her. She is a sweet little girl who was diagnosed with Stage 2 Large Cell Lymphona last week. She starts chemo tomorrow. She is only 4 years old. Her & her family need lots of prayers right now. Thank you!

The pumpkin patch place seems so super fun, we might have to try it out! Clay's is by far one of our favorite places to go. The kids just run free.... We are praying for your friend, how very sad! We hope to see you guys soon!
