After babysitting Ben's fish & crabs for a couple weeks, we have learned something....Garrett is obsessed with fish! Between fish & Elmo, this kid knows what he likes. Well Nana came back in town from her little vacation a week ago with a big surprise...a fish for Garrett! He is so excited. I...on the otherhand...am a little petrified. I had an incident in college involving my fish's tank getting a water change over the sink & the fish ending up in the disposal. That'll scar you for life! But, nonetheless, Garrett really loves this thing. He needs help naming it. Everytime I ask him what his fish's name is, he makes just a fish face. We are going to take a poll to decide on a name. Any suggestions? Ben (Garrett's 4 year old cousin) said that "Corky" has always been his all-time favorite beta name...hehe too funny. What do you think?!

Beta fish are the best.. they seem to live a really long time! Corbin got ours right before he turned two and named it Red... We are pretty original in this house...
How fun! I'm surprised with his obsession with Elmo he doesn't want to name the fish "Dorothy." :)
