So...after work I picked up Garrett & took him to Bear Creek Park with bread to have a relaxing afternoon. I am not a fearful person but at one point Garrett & I were sprinting away from the ducks. When that didn't work, we got up on the picnic table & threw the bread as far away as we could. They were honking at us & pecking my legs. There were about 30 of them surrounded us so I felt like we were on the set of Alfred Hitchcock: Birds Part 2. We ended up getting away scott-free when I offered the bread to some little kids that walked up - mean!
We went home & had some ice cream. It was nice & messy.
